• They  offer  24-hour telephone  support;  email  support  and  on-site support.    They  will  first  establish  whether  an  error  or  technical problem  can  be  fixed  via  telephone or email.
• Only  when  all  attempts  have  failed  will  they  continue  with  on-site support.    Thus  you  can  be  assured  that  they  will  keep  in  mind  that you  need assistance  fast,  and  that  once  every  option  has  failed  will they  move  on  to  on-site  support,  and  get  you  up  and  running  in  the shortest  time possible.
• Should  there  be  any  additional  work  or  parts  required,  above  what you  have  been  quoted  on,  will  they  only  continue  on  your  approval or  go-ahead.  No surprises and hidden costs.
